Free show countdown

Every exhibitor deadline for your next show, with a date on it

Enter the show dates, your booth and how the freight travels. You get the task list worked back from show day: graphics files, show service orders, the advance-warehouse cutoff, badges, hotel, pre-show emails and follow-up. Edit it, tick it off, export it to your calendar. Nothing you type leaves your browser.

Leave blank for the day before the show.

Dates from your exhibitor kit

If you have the show's service kit, enter its dates. Otherwise the list uses typical ones.

Dates are typical lead times from published exhibitor kits. Your show's kit has the real deadlines; edit any task to match. Saved in this browser only.

Where the dates come from

~4 weeks

Advance-price deadline

Show contractors charge more for electrical, furniture and labor ordered after this date. In the kits we read it fell 17 to 33 days before opening.

7–10 days

Warehouse cutoff

Freight sent to the advance warehouse has to arrive a week to ten days before move-in, or a late charge applies. Receiving starts about 30 days out.

48 hours

Hot-lead follow-up

The first follow-up goes out within two days of the close, while the conversation is still fresh.
